What To Bring

For Indoor Sessions

Simply bring whatever you would if you were going to the mall; food for baby, drink, wipes, diapers, etc.  You do not need a jogging stroller indoors.  A snap n’ go or umbrella stroller is fine.  Some moms even bring a sling.  For yourself, you will need to wear fitness clothing and shoes such as tennis shoes or sneakers.  It is also a good idea to bring water although there are drinking fountains as well as a snack bar in case you forget.

For Outdoor Sessions

Bring everything you normally would if you were taking your baby anywhere away from home.  Items such as food, bottle, diapers, wipes, etc.  You will definitely need a jogging stroller, resistance band and a mat for core work.  We always recommend bug repellant and sun screen too.  There is no water at the park so you will want to bring plenty.  Some moms attach nets and fans to their strollers.
