Julie Friedman is a certified group fitness instructor who loves anything that has to do with health and fitness. She loves taking, as well as teaching various fitness classes including, body pump, core & strength intervals, yoga, and of course boot camp! She also loves juicing, cooking, and creating healthy recipes for her family. Julie is a stay at home mommy to Evelyn Grace who just turned one.
Kelley Davidson is a fitness expert with decades of experience, certifications and degrees in health, wellness, nutrition, pre and post natal fitness, and exercise physiology. She loves nutrition, clean eating, dance and spending time with her family. Kelley is also a personal trainer and the group fitness director of Fit Athletic Club. Kelley is mommy to her toddler Jake.
Nancy Mathé is an indoor cycling expert with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. She has numerous fitness certifications, instructs fitness classes and is the group exercise director of River Oaks Country Club Fitness Center. Nancy spent many years as the director of childcare and youth development for the YWCA and as director of St. Mark’s Children’s Development Center. She loves to cook, travel, take pictures, dance, find new music and spend time with her family. Her toddler daughter keeps her very busy and in great shape.
