Your Wednesday Workout: Stroller Style

Take advantage of this lovely weather we have been having with your new print-and-go workout!! This workout is very flexible- increase or decrease the time of the cardio portions to suit your needs (or baby’s mood) for the day.  Add a third set or more repetitions in the resistance portion to increase the workload!
