Urban Moms attended the Fall Forum Series Luncheon this past September at River Oaks Country Club.  The luncheon featured Texas Children’s Mental and Behavorial Health Programs.  The forum speakers were Dr. Efrain Bleiberg, Chief, Psychiatry Services and Dr. Lucy Puryear, Medical Director of The Women’s Place Center for Reproductive Psychiatry.
